Monster Energy Introduces New Café Latte Flavor To Java Monster Range

Monster Energy recently expanded its Java Monster range with a new Café Latte flavor. The ready-to-drink beverage provides a coffee-forward taste with cream and sugar notes, as well as offering 200mg of caffeine and 38g of sugar per 15fl oz can serving. The product is available in grocery retailers and convenience stores nationwide, priced at $3.19 per can.

Pressed Juicery Launches Hydration+, A Line Of Natural Electrolyte Juices And Shots

Pressed Juicery, a US-based cold-pressed juice brand, introduced Hydration+, a line of natural electrolyte juices and shots. The Hydration+ Greens juice blends cucumber, pineapple, spinach, romaine and sea salt, while the Hydration+ Dragon Fruit juice combines honey, sea salt, lemon, lime and dragon fruit. For post-workout recovery, the Hydration+ Watermelon Fitness Shot features watermelon, honey, lemon and sea salt. The products are all fortified with zinc and vitamin C for immune support, along with gut-friendly probiotics. The range is available for purchase on the brand’s website, with the juices priced at $6.95 per 450ml bottle and the 59ml shot priced at $3.75.

UK-Based Wholesaler Epicurium Expands Soft Beverage Selection

Epicurium, a UK-based food and beverage wholesaler, expanded its soft beverage selection with C4 Energy’s Cosmic Rainbow, Frozen Bombsicle, Twisted Limeade, Orange Slice and Pineapple Head beverages. The products are available in 12 x 500ml can packs, with an RRP of £1.99 per can. Additionally, Epicurium now offers Jimmy's Iced Coffee's Original, Caramel, Oat and Mocha beverages in 12 x 275ml ‘bottlecan’ packs, with a RRP of £2.25 per ‘bottlecan’. 

Lipton Introduces Peach And Lemon Ice Tea Multipacks

Lipton introduced multipacks of its Peach and Lemon Ice Teas, priced at £4 for 6 x 330ml cans. The brand believes it can capture an extra 3.1 million consumption occasions by catering to the rising trend of at-home consumption, driven by ongoing hybrid working patterns. The launch will be accompanied by outdoor and digital marketing, as well as sampling initiatives.

SmartSoda Expands Into RTD Category With Vitamin-Infused Alkaline Water

SmartSoda, a US-based company specializing in beverage dispensing solutions, entered the ready-to-drink category with the launch of its Brilliant Life Drink line, offering vitamin-infused alkaline water beverages. The Brilliant Sparkling Water variation comes in Wild Passionberry, Limone Dream and Bright Citrus Sunshine flavors. The Optimize Plus Immunity variation is offered in Yuzu-Currant Noir, Posh Gran-Limone and Pomelo Breeze flavors, and is designed to bolster daily immune function. The Quantum Energy and Focus variation is provided in Peachberry Lust, Lush Berry and Blackcurrant Affair flavors, and is formulated for improved focus. The beverages will be available from Amazon and other food service distribution channels starting in Autumn 2023.

Chinese-Based EastRoc Beverages Plans To Expand Exports To ASEAN Markets

EastRoc Beverages, a Chinese-based energy beverage brand, is focusing on expanding exports to ASEAN markets. While the pandemic initially halted its export plans, the brand is now aiming to enter ASEAN markets with its original recipe and eventually tailor its products to local preferences. EastRoc has already dispatched its first batch of energy beverages to Singapore and is preparing to enter the Vietnamese market. 

Dunkin’ Launches Alcoholic Iced Coffees And Teas

Dunkin’ launched Dunkin’ Spiked, a new line of alcoholic iced coffee and iced tea beverages. The iced coffee options, including Original, Caramel, Mocha and Vanilla flavors, contain 6 percent ABV. The iced tea selections, including Slightly Sweet, Half and Half, Strawberry Dragon Fruit and Mango Pineapple flavors, have a 5 percent ABV. The beverages will be offered in mixed packs of 12oz cans and as individual 19.2oz cans. The iced tea choices will debut in East Coast grocery stores in late August 2023, followed by the iced coffee variants in September 2023.

Study Shows Prime Hydration Energy Beverages Rank Fourth In UK Sports And Energy Drink Sales

In the four weeks leading to mid-July 2023, recent data from a study of 5,000 independent C-stores in the UK, commissioned by RN and conducted by The Wholesale Company, revealed that Prime Hydration energy beverages ranked fourth in sales for sports and energy drinks by value, with a market share of 5  percent. Additionally, the beverages held a position in the top 10 by volume, with a market share of 2.2 percent. The average selling price of the beverages was £2.99.
