Coca-Cola has introduced OOHA in Thailand, a range of zero-calorie and zero-added sugar sodas. OOHA is available in two flavors: lychee and yogurt, and lemon and salt. The product's campaign features a series of short films with the repeated expression of "Oooohaaa!" and playful characters like pink ninjas and giant monsters.
Coco-Cola Zero Lemon, a Japanese import, is now available at 7-Eleven stores in Singapore. The beverage is made with real lemon juice and is priced at $2.50 per 350ml bottle.
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners expanded its Oasis range with the introduction of a Zero Exotic Fruits flavor. The non-HFSS flavor combines mango and passionfruit without any calories or sugar. The beverage will be promoted with a summer marketing campaign that aims to target young adults in urban areas. Oasis is the top juice drink brand in the UK, worth £94 million and selling 30 million liters a year, about 10 million more than the nearest competitor.
Nestle
Mel Cash, Nestlé's chief marketing and innovation officer, suggested that Nestlé remains committed to the plant-based market. Despite a recent slowdown in the broader industry, Cash claimed that consumer interest in plant-based options remains strong. The company intends to continue to introduce new flavor extensions in products where it already has plant-based options.

China is now permitting the use of vitamins B1 and B2, along with an increased maximum authorized dosage of taurine, in beverages for special purposes. This includes sports and nutritional drinks. Previously, vitamins B1 and B2 were only allowed as food additives in certain food items. The approved dosage for vitamin B1 and B2 in beverages ranges from 2mg/kg to 5mg/kg. The maximum permitted dosage of taurine has been raised from 0.5g/kg to 0.6g/kg.
G.O.A.T Fuel, an energy beverage brand co-founded by Jerry Rice, has successfully closed a $5 million seed funding round. The round was co-led by venture firms Stage 1 Fund and Morrison Seger Venture Capital Partners. G.O.A.T Fuel’s beverages feature cordyceps mushrooms, traditionally used in Chinese medicine, which the brand claims provide a natural energy boost while reducing inflammation. G.O.A.T Fuel plans to use the new capital to increase its sports marketing efforts and expand to nationwide distribution by next year.
Health-Ade, a U.S.-based Kombucha company, reintroduced its seasonal Guava Dragon Fruit flavor, which initially debuted in 2022. The beverage is flavored with organic, non-GMO juice from sweet guava and tart dragon fruit. Health-Ade claims the probiotics and organic acids in the drink contribute to a good gut feeling. The company also recently announced a multi-year partnership with media personality Ryan Seacrest.
Rockstar Energy partnered with Maverik to launch Rockstar’s new Pure Zero Pineapple Mango energy drink. The beverage contains 0g of sugar, 240mg of caffeine, taurine, and B-vitamins, with 20 calories per can. It will be sold exclusively at all Maverik stores across the U.S. from late May, while stocks last.
PepsiCo
Pepsi Lipton International launched T2 Iced in Australia, a new range of RTD iced teas. T2 Iced is available in three flavors: Peach Amore, Lemon Coco Breeze, and Watermelon Fiesta. The beverages have 2g of sugar per 100ml, with no artificial sweeteners, colors, or preservatives.
